NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH

NIH/ Main Campus, Bethesda MD

At the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) main campus in Bethesda, Maryland, ET&T provides maintenance, repair, and replacement of mission-essential building systems and equipment. We work alongside NIH’s Facilities Operations & Maintenance Team, to support uninterrupted system operation and mission continuity

UNITED STATES COAST GUARD

Elizabeth City, North Carolina

ET&T currently performs Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services in support of the U.S. Coast Guard, providing comprehensive facility maintenance, preventive service, and operational support. Our team includes seven full-time personnel dedicated to delivering consistent, highquality labor in compliance with Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS).

We manage all scheduling, reporting, and coordination to ensure uninterrupted support of government operations. This contract demonstrates our capability to manage multi-year, laboronly O&M efforts in mission-critical environments while maintaining safety, compliance, and performance standards.

UNITED STATES MILITARY ACADEMY WEST POINT

West Point, New York

ET&T currently performs Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services at the Davis Barracks on the West Point campus. The cadet barracks opened in 2017 and are named for GEN Benjamin O. Davis.

CAPITOL COLUMNS MONUMENT U.S. ARBORETUM

USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Campus, Beltsville, Maryland and National Arboretum, Washington D.C.

The ET&T team services mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects at these two locations. Repairs include a lighting project for the Capitol Columns monument at the National Arboretum. The original Corinthian columns in the Ellipse Meadow are from the East Portico of the U. S. Capitol, built in 1828. The columns were removed during the expansion of the U.S. Capitol in 1958 and were relocated here in the 1980s. The material used to build the columns was quarried from sandstone near Aquia Creek, Virginia.

Clinton Building

The iconic William Jefferson Clinton building was originally constructed in 1931- 1934 for the US Post Office Department and later occupied by the Treasury Department's Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms.

We provide operations and maintenance services to include the management, reporting, operations, maintenance, and repairs on the building and systems, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and architectural and structural systems. As a National Historic Site with 891,579 gross square feet of space, architectural repairs performed under our contract must meet strict historical preservation guidelines to protect the spectacular and elaborate finishes.

FORT MYER / HENDERSON HALL / FORT MCNAIR

The ET&T team performs maintenance and emergency service on critical heating and cooling equipment and augments the public works personnel onsite for complex diagnosis and repairs at Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall and Fort McNair.

We take care of the critical HVAC equipment so the U.S. joint forces at these facilities can focus on performing their missions. The major command at the installation is the U.S. Army Military District of Washington. The installation mission includes crisis response in the National Capital Region and support for Arlington National Cemetery. Fort McNair is historically significant as one of our nation’s oldest continuously operating military installations (1791 Washington Arsenal), with the National Defense University. Fort Myer dates to the U.S. Civil War.
